Renewing your AZ real estate license with ADRE is fairly straightforward. In most scenarios, the following steps apply:

  1. Complete the required continuing education hours (24 hours for sales agents and associate brokers / 30 hours for designated and delegated associate brokers). See here for details.
  2. Log into your account on ADRE's web site.
  3. On ADRE's site, enter continuing education course number and start/end date for all CE classes taken.
  4. On ADRE's site, make sure your information is up-to-date (broker, address, phone, email, etc.).
  5. On ADRE's site, follow the prompts to renew the license within 90 days of the license expiration date.
  6. Pay the fees associated with renewing your license.
  7. Your Arizona real estate license is renewed!

The fastest and easiest way to report your CE hours/credits is via ADRE's web site.

  1. Log into your account on ADRE's web site.
  2. Find the form to enter CE hours/credits (the link is located on the page which loads after login)
  3. Enter course numbers and start/end dates. These can be found in the class completion certificates that we give you.
You do not need to wait until renewal date to enter course information. Licensees may enter continuing education at anytime within their renewal period. Students can enter one or several classes at a time.

Just in case of an audit, we always recommend you keep a copy of your CE completion certificates for 5 years.

Per ADRE rules if you are doing a timely renewal, you can only begin classes for the next 2 year CE cycle if:

  • Your license renewal date for this 2 year cycle has passed AND
  • You have successfully renewed your license for this CE period

No. Entering your CE hours is the first step in renewing your license. After this, the renewal application begins online and fees must be paid.

All new licensees applying for a new broker's license must take all 3 BMCs. Also, designated and delegated associate brokers must take all 3 BMCs as well. We offer a class package containing all 3 BMCs.

In most cases, there are two components which contribute toward the total cost to renew your AZ real estate license:

  • Continuing Education

We can help keep this part of the total cost low for you. Our online license renewal classes are engaging, convenient, and low-cost. Additionally, we frequently have specials and coupons available to lower the cost further.

  • ADRE's Renewal Fee

ADRE charges a renewal fee which is subject to change. As of this writing, licensees who renew via ADRE's web site (as opposed to in-office or mail-in renewals) receive a significant discount. ADRE maintains a fee schedule which contains the current fees.

If you did not submit a complete renewal application before your ADRE license expiration date, the license expires and you cannot conduct any business for which the license was required. There is a one year grace period in which you can renew. After the grace period ends, the license is terminated. Additional ADRE late renewal fees apply for renewal applications received within the grace period. You still must complete all applicable continuing education before submitting a late renewal application to ADRE.

Absolutely! If you select a real estate sales or real estate broker renewal package you can rest assured that it meets all of Arizona Department of Real Estate's course requirements. We have made sure all of the categories have been covered in each full package. However, if you have some credit hours already under your belt, you can complete your renewal with us by simply selecting individual classes that you still need.

ADRE's web site has a search page which allows you to search for any AZ real estate licensee by name.

No problem. Our license renewal system allows you to stop at any time (in the middle of a class or exam) and come back right where you left off if you are using the same computer. You just log in and the computer remembers where you left off. No rushing through any more online continuing education classes. Take it and finish it when you want!

It is extremely simple - our system keeps a record of all certificates - you can login to download them at any time. After you have passed our class exam, it will prompt you to download or print out the course completion certificate after each class you finish. No more calling schools and having them track down old classes or paying a duplicate certificate fee.

Convenience is the answer. Today's real estate agent has a hectic schedule and finding 24 hours of free time with a full personal and professional life can often be very difficult. RELC's online real estate license renewal program allows you to finish all 24 hours in the convenience of your home and on your terms. You can complete some or all of each class when you have the free time, not on someone's else's schedule.

Per ADRE statutes, a student can complete up to 9 credit hours in one day. That means 3 classes per 24 hour period. If you are trying to finish ASAP, you can complete all 24 hours of continuing education in as little as three days.

The exams are designed to simply make sure you read through all the material. Therefore the questions are not tricky. Plus you can repeat any course or go back to specific slides if there are some topics you are confused on. Our unique program allows you to print out the whole course as well in case you want to refer to it as your notes. You can also repeat any exam you fail ensuring success.

A recent web browser is all that is required. We recommend Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge; however, any modern browser that properly supports recent web standards should be fine.

Definitely. The system walks you through each process step by step from registering for classes to printing out your certificates. RELC's online real estate license renewal classes are simple to use and self explanatory.

For your convenience, we track your progress through a class so that you can resume right where you left off in the event you need to stop for any reason. You do not need to do anything to benefit from this auto-resume feature.

Yes! Our classes have a special viewer optimized for mobile delivery. The size of the content is usually smaller on a phone and this can be harder to read for some people. If you are having a hard time reading smaller fonts, we recommend swapping landscape/portrait mode (rotating your device) to see if that helps and/or pinching-to-zoom to enlarge the class content.

We have the best news for you. There is no expiration to our classes. All of your classes simply sit in your account until you end up using them.

Often times the retrieval email can go into student's junk mail or spam folder if they have a virus protector on their computer. The easiest solution is to make [email protected] a friendly email to make sure all the correspondence comes through right to you!

The answer is absolutely to both! All of our classes have been written by an Arizona broker and cover specific information dealt with in our AZ real estate field. We have been ADRE accredited since 2004.

No, we discontinued offering the 90 hour licensing program in 2015. We now specialize entirely in online renewal for sales and brokers. We have devoted our entire attention to making the renewal process simple and convenient.

Former students of ours simply need to email us to discuss obtaining a certificate or transcript. Just click contact from the home page. You will need to include full name you registered with and approximate date you took the 90 hours with us. We charge $10 for a duplicate cert or transcript.

The classes are slide presentations with 10 ADRE required learning games inside. When you finish the course, you will need to pass a final exam with 80% or above. The final exam consists of 25 multiple choice questions. The final exam can be retaken as many times as needed. It is really quite simple.

Applying a coupon code is super easy. In the registration process, you will see a coupon code box. Simply enter the code and hit apply. It will then list savings amount and cost amount so you know it worked before you put down your credit card.
