Real estate transfers: Hartville Pizza Hut and Louisville funeral home sold

A Pizza Hut restaurant in Hartville and a funeral home in Louisville have been sold, according to the latest real estate filings with the Stark County Auditor's Office.

The pizza restaurant, located at 925 Maple St. W, was bought by 15109 Triskett LLC of Wooster from Cot Pizza Re LLC for $820,000.

Meanwhile, the Paquelet-Falk funeral home property at 303 S. Chapel St. in Louisville was bought by Store Master Funding XV LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona, from Heritage Ohio LLC for $811,078.
