This schedule is for students who have never had a real estate sales license before or simply wish to learn real estate. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this program. ADRE no longer issues any education waivers for out of state licensees.

We have 18 required sessions but there is no order to them. Pick a track that works best for you!

• Steady Track - Monday through Thursday 9am-1:30pm OR 1:30-6pm OR 6-10:30pm for 4 1/2 weeks
  
  
• Fast Track - Monday through Thursday 9am-6pm OR 1:30-10:30pm for just over 2 weeks
  
  
• Your Own Track - You can come to any days or times we offer classes providing you complete all 18 sessions within 6 months.

This schedule is for salespeople who have had an active license for 3 out of the last 5 years and need an Arizona real estate broker license. You will need to fill out a broker verification form before attending class in order to get approval to attend from ADRE. This can be found on www.azre.gov under licensees button. A minimum number of students is required along with preregistration for the classes to be held.

• A new class will begin February conveniently held on Fridays - Sunday for the month. HURRY AND SIGN UP SPOTS GO FAST.
• New schedule will be Fridays - Sundays only 9am-6pm.
  
• Preregistration is necessary.
  
• Broker Managment Clinic is required to obtain a license and we offer this 3 hour course online

This class is for experienced agents or brand new students wanting to learn about lending. If you already have your real estate license, this seminar counts for 3 hours legal issues and 3 hours general credit toward your continuing education.

• Learn "real world" situations and how to get started as a Loan Officer
• Know how to underwrite and process a loan successfully

• Learn how to market your skills to new clients
• Understand mortgage products -- advantages vs. disadvantages
• Protect yourself by knowing the laws that affect lending

This class is for experienced agents looking for a new avenue in real estate or any students wanting to learn about the specialized field of property management. If you already have your real estate license, this seminar counts for 3 hours contract law and 3 hours disclosure toward your continuing education.

• Learn the goals and roles of a property manager
• Understand market and property analysis
• Succeed with your new management plan and how to calculate fees
• Generate a strong relationship and contract between property managers and owners
• Explore lease negotiations: how to qualify a tenant, negotiate the terms and sign the agreement
